However, there are times when our products are often out of stock, the reason this happens is because at GMG we have chosen Quality Over Quantity, our reason for this is we want to provide you our customer with the freshest and the best quality that we can.
It's true—we could produce excess mushroom kits each week, potentially increasing our profitability but that is not what we are about.
Mushroom kits are living products. They continue to grow and develop even after they're packaged. If we overproduce and the demand for a particular week is slower than expected, those kits would start to grow on the shelf.
To avoid this, we carefully monitor our production to match demand as closely as possible. This means that some weeks, especially when demand unexpectedly spikes, we might sell out quickly. While this can be frustrating, it's a necessary step to ensure you receive a kit that’s fresh and ready to produce a bountiful harvest.
It can difficult balancing supply and demand and we are working on an outcome that will benefit you, our customers. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we strive to provide the highest quality mushroom kits.
